Product Designer

While drivers focus on driving and delivering loads safely and on time, Billor takes care of everything else—from securing loads to providing financial services for maintenance, and technology that enhances drivers capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into creative, user-centered design solutions.
- Design and refine wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including UX, technology, and development.
- Support and advocate for design culture within the organization.
- Develop interface layouts optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Update and maintain the icon library in alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
- Create or enhance the Design System in collaboration with development teams.
- Availability to live in Joinville, SC
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in digital product development.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with UX research methods and tools.
- Experience in creating or maintaining Design Systems.
- Basic understanding of agile development methodologies.
- A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
