- Your primary goal is to help the driver increase their earnings.
- Collaborate with drivers to set weekly revenue goals and strategies.
- Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, tailored to each driverâs profile, using data-driven insights.
- Negotiate with Freight Brokers to secure profitable rates per mile and total freight.
- Monitor driver activities to optimize service hours and minimize downtime.
- Balance driversâ home-time requests with operational and billing needs.
- Maintain daily communication with drivers to enhance productivity and reduce turnover.
- Track cargo from dispatch to delivery.
- Update load information in the Billor platform from pickup to delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Freight Brokers.
- Provide real-time fleet updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor fleet and revenue performance metrics.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Availability to live in Joinville, SC or be available to travel to Joinville once a month for alignment meetings.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Passionate about customer service, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient, persistent, and adept at managing diverse personality profiles.
- Proven ability to work under aggressive targets.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and disciplined.
