  • Your primary goal is to help the driver increase their earnings.
  • Collaborate with drivers to set weekly revenue goals and strategies.
  • Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, tailored to each driver’s profile, using data-driven insights.
  • Negotiate with Freight Brokers to secure profitable rates per mile and total freight.
  • Monitor driver activities to optimize service hours and minimize downtime.
  • Balance drivers’ home-time requests with operational and billing needs.
  • Maintain daily communication with drivers to enhance productivity and reduce turnover.
  • Track cargo from dispatch to delivery.
  • Update load information in the Billor platform from pickup to delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Freight Brokers.
  • Provide real-time fleet updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor fleet and revenue performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Availability to live in Joinville, SC or be available to travel to Joinville once a month for alignment meetings.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Passionate about customer service, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Resilient, persistent, and adept at managing diverse personality profiles.
  • Proven ability to work under aggressive targets.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and disciplined.
